Reheat Steak In Microwave

Did you know that you can reheat steak in the microwave? It’s the fastest way to reheat steak and is perfect for using up those leftovers when you couldn’t quite finish all the steak you had.

Ingredients

  • 1 leftover steak
  • Leftover Sides
  • 1 Tsp salted butter

  • Microwave

Instructions

  1. Place the leftover steak on your dinner plate and then add in any extra sides that you want to reheat. Plus add a little butter over the steak. Or you can just get your leftover plate from last night that is already portioned up.
  2. Place the plate into the microwave.
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds, check and if it needs longer add an extra 30 seconds.
  4. If not piping in the centre continue in 30 second intervals. It can differ depending on the size of your steak and your microwave wattage.
  5. Then serve.

Notes

  • Defrosting – You can also use the microwave to defrost steak. It’s a great option for when you want steak for dinner and its in the freezer.
