Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 scallions , sliced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped, fresh
  • 3 tablespoons mustard Creole style
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add all the ingredients and mix.
  2. The sauce can be stored refrigerated in an airtight container for a few days.
