Restaurant-Quality Salsa
This Restaurant-Quality Salsa is a chunky blend of San Marzano tomatoes, Ro-Tel tomatoes with peppers, onion, garlic, jalapeño, and fresh cilantro, seasoned with sugar, kosher salt, and cumin. The salsa is pulsed in a food processor to a desired consistency, leaving some tomato chunks for texture. The mixture is chilled before serving, offering a fresh, slightly spicy condiment perfect for pairing with warm tortilla chips.
