Restaurant Style House Salad with Creamy Parmesan Dressing

Ingredients
For the Dressing
- ½ C mayonnaise
- 1 C buttermilk
- 2 C grated parmesan
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp white wine
- 1 Tbsp tarragon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 kalamata olive
For the Salad
- 1 head romaine lettuce torn into small pieces
- 1 Cup carrots very thinly sliced
- ¼ C kalamata olives
- 3 Pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Place all the dressing ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, carrots, and olives, and toss with roughly ½ cup* of the dressing. Top with the pepperoncini and serve immediately.

- *Use as much or as little of the dressing as you'd like; I recommend tossing with less to start then adding more as needed.
