Restaurant Style Salsa

This Restaurant Style Salsa is insanely delicious and only takes minutes to make. Thick and bursting with flavor it's everything a salsa should be.

Ingredients

  • 28 ounces whole tomatoes with the liquid, large can
  • 1 whole onion roughly chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic smashed and peeled
  • 1 jalapeno with the seeds and membranes removed roughly chopped
  • 1 bunch of cilantro leaves about ¾ of a cup

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the above ingredients.
  2. Blend until desired consistency with an immersion blender.

Notes

  • If you would like more spice, leave the seeds and membranes in the jalapeno. From there increase the amount if you still want more spice.
  • Alternatively, you can process this in a food processor until desired consistency.
