Restaurant Style Salsa

This Restaurant Style Salsa features charred fresh Roma tomatoes, white onions, and jalapeno pepper blended with canned whole tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and optional sugar. The smoky char complements the bright lime and fresh herbs, while the combination of fresh and canned tomatoes creates a balanced texture and flavor, ideal for dipping with tortilla chips.
