Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 7 ounce marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Place the cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
  2. Add in the marshmallow fluff, fresh lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat again until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with 4-6 cups of your favorite fruits.
