Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 6 ounces deli corned beef chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- ⅔ cup Sauerkraut drained
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing
For serving:
- rye chips
- Sturdy crackers/chips
- Veggies like carrots, celery
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat an 8x8 pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and dressing until smooth.
- Add corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese and mix until combined.
- Evenly spread mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Cool slightly and serve with crackers, chips or fresh veggies.
