Reuben Sliders - An Easy Variation on a Classic

This Reuben sliders recipe combines all the flavor or the classic Reuben with the sensibilities of a Hawaiian roll slider recipe. It's Legit!

Ingredients

  • 12 hawaiian rolls or your favorite
  • ¼ cup thousand island, Russian dressing or homemade
  • 1 ½ cups corned beef shredded or sliced
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut drained
  • 6 lices pepper jack or swiss cheese shredded or sliced
  • 1 tablespoons butter melted
  • everything bagel seasoning, store bought or homemade
  • cooking spray
Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
  • 1 ½ tablespoons garlic, minced, dried
  • 1 ½ tablespoons onion flakes, dried
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt, flaked
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Prep a baking sheet by spraying it with baking spray.
  3. Cut hawaiian rolls in half.
  4. Spread an even layer of dressing of choice over the bottom half of the hawaiian rolls.
  5. Spread the corned beef in a thick layer over the entire surface of the hawaiian rolls.
  6. Add sauerkraut all over top of the corned beef..
  7. Next, top with cheese slices - they will overlap each other.
  8. Place the top half of the hawaiian rolls back on.
  9. Brush the top of the rolls with butter.
  10. Sprinkle some everything bagel seasoning over the butter.
  11. Cover with tin foil and place into the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  12. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  13. Remove from the oven
  14. Serve immediately!
  15. Enjoy!
