Rhubarb Lemonade

A refreshing, summery drink with the blush of tart rhubarb and a hint of ginger.

Ingredients

  • 1¼-1½ cups rhubarb syrup Depending on how sweet you like it.
  • ½ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup water
FOR GARNISH:
  • ½ cup strawberries sliced
  • 4 talks rhubarb for garnish
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher combine 1¼-1½ cups rhubarb syrup, ½ cup lemon juice, 1 cup water. Stir to combine and refrigerate until chilled.
  2. Garnish with ½ cup strawberries and 1 lemon, sliced .  To serve, pour the lemonade into ice-filled glasses, garnish with 4 stalks rhubarb (optional) and serve.
