Ingredients
- ice
- 2 ounces rhubarb juice (e.g. from stewed rhubarb you've used to make a pie or crumble with)
- 2 ounces vodka
- Spicy ginger beer
- lime wedge
Instructions
- Fill mule mug halfway with ice.
- Add in the rhubarb juice and vodka.
- Top up with spicy ginger beer.
- Give the drink a stir and add a lime wedge if desired. Enjoy immediately.
