Rhubarb Pie Recipe

Classic Rhubarb Custard Pie recipe that has been handed down for generations. Quick and easy dessert that is the perfect combo of sweet and tangy from the rhubarb!

Ingredients

  • 1 9'' pie shell or crust
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups rhubarb chopped into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Bake pie crust in pie plate according to directions.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 minutes or until the middle of the pie is set. Remove and let cool then enjoy.
