Classic Rhubarb Custard Pie recipe that has been handed down for generations. Quick and easy dessert that is the perfect combo of sweet and tangy from the rhubarb!

Ingredients
- 1 9'' pie shell or crust
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 cups rhubarb chopped into ½ inch pieces
- 1 ½ cups white sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bake pie crust in pie plate according to directions.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 minutes or until the middle of the pie is set. Remove and let cool then enjoy.
