Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila (if gluten free make sure it's certified GF) 3 tbsp
- 1 1/2 ounces rhubarb syrup see notes
- 1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice (or substitute lime juice) 3 tbsp
- Scant 1/2 teaspoon rose water
- ice
- Sea salt or margarita salt optional garnish
- Lemon wheel optional garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, rhubarb syrup, lemon juice and rose water. Shake well.
- Strain into an ice filled rocks glass, rimmed with salt if desired. Garnish with lime or lemon wheel.
