Ingredients
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 cups Rice, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ¾ cup chopped bacon, (chicken, spam, ham, or any meat)
- ½ small onion, diced (about ½ cup)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup frozen vegetables, I used peas and carrots
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
- Turn on the rice cooker and select the cook mode. Add the oil, bacon, onion, and garlic. Stir frequently and heat until the onion softens.
- Add the rice to the rice cooker and stir to coat in the oil mixture.
- Stir in the frozen vegetables and beef stock.
- Close the lid, make sure the rice cooker is in the cook mode, and let it do its thing!
- When the rice is done cooking, stir in the soy sauce and serve warm!
