Rich Chocolate Cake with Milk Chocolate Ganache

This Rich Chocolate Cake uses cocoa powder and espresso in the batter for a deep chocolate flavor with moist texture from milk, yogurt, and oil. The cake is topped with a silky milk chocolate ganache made from melted chocolate and coconut cream, cooled to a glossy spreadable consistency, creating a sweet, creamy finish.
