Ricotta Veggie Spread

This ricotta and fresh veggie combination is a great hors d'oeuvres served with cocktails or just as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 rib celery finely chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 small tomato seeded and diced
  • 3 large basil leaves finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to allow the flavors to blend.
  2. Serve with an assortment of crackers.
