Risotto with Feta and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 160 g rice
  • Half onion
  • A clove of garlic
  • 100 g feta
  • mixed herbs sage, thyme, basil, parsley, marjoram, chives
  • vegetable broth
  • extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the chopped onion and garlic with a little oil.
  2. Add the rice and toast for a few minutes and continue cooking adding the broth as needed.
  3. Halfway through cooking, add the feta cut into small pieces.
  4. When the rice is cooked, add the finely cut herbs.
