													This risotto with feta and herbs is simply a tasty recipe to prepare at home for your family.

                                Ingredients
- 160 g rice
 - Half onion
 - A clove of garlic
 - 100 g feta
 - mixed herbs sage, thyme, basil, parsley, marjoram, chives
 - vegetable broth
 - extra virgin olive oil
 
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the chopped onion and garlic with a little oil.
 - Add the rice and toast for a few minutes and continue cooking adding the broth as needed.
 - Halfway through cooking, add the feta cut into small pieces.
 - When the rice is cooked, add the finely cut herbs.
