- 1 sleeve ritz crackers crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter cubed
- Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, dried parsley, dried oregano, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the cracker mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in a baking dish and distribute the cubes of butter around the chicken. Bake for 35-50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked to 165°F and the juices run clear.
- Serve immediately with fresh parsley for garnish.
