Ritz Cracker Thin Mints

These Ritz Cracker Thin Mints taste just like the real thing — crispy, minty and chocolate-y and you only need 2 ingredients to make them!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Ritz crackers
  • 2 cups Andes mints can use Creme de Menthe Thins or baking chips

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats and set aside.
  2. Place the thin mints in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds. Continue heating in 20 second intervals, stirring between, until melted.
  3. Dip each cracker in the melted chocolate and turn until completed coated.
  4. Place chocolate covered crackers on cookie sheet. Repeat until all are coated in chocolate.
  5. Allow to dry completely before storing. This will take 1-2 hours air-drying or 15-30 minutes in the fridge.
