Roast Beef Tenderloin Recipe (Crazy Easy)

Ingredients

  • 4 lb beef tenderloin
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp coarse salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Trim the Beef Tenderloin of any excess fat if necessary.
  2. Season the Beef by rubbing oregano leaves, salt, and pepper all over it.
  3. Place it in a roasting pan and cook for 40-55 minutes depending on the thickness and desired doneness (keep in mind that the internal temperature will raise a few degrees while the Beef rests).
  4. Remove roast from the pan, cover it loosely with foil, and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Cut the roast into 1-inch thick slices. Season with additional salt if desired. Serve with your favorite side and enjoy!
