Roasted Asparagus with Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of asparagus wooden ends removed
  • prosciutto sliced into thirds, lengthwise
  • olive oil
  • Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Place the asparagus onto the baking sheet and drizzle with a bit of olive oil then season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste then toss to coat evenly.
  3. Slice the prosciutto into thirds, lengthwise.
  4. Wrap each third of the prosciutto around the center of each asparagus spear.
  5. Place into the oven and roast for 10-15 minutes or until the asparagus is tender. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
