Ingredients
- 1 lb of asparagus wooden ends removed
- prosciutto sliced into thirds, lengthwise
- olive oil
- Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Place the asparagus onto the baking sheet and drizzle with a bit of olive oil then season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste then toss to coat evenly.
- Slice the prosciutto into thirds, lengthwise.
- Wrap each third of the prosciutto around the center of each asparagus spear.
- Place into the oven and roast for 10-15 minutes or until the asparagus is tender. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
