Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 ° F.
  2. Mix the oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Place the florets into the bowl and stir to coat well.
  4. Spread cauliflower onto a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 35-45 minutes. Turn every 15 minutes so that it is golden brown all over.

Notes

  • Use any other seasoning you'd like. Basil or Italian seasoning is also very good.
