- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 ° F.
- Mix the oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Place the florets into the bowl and stir to coat well.
