Ingredients
- 12 ounces broccoli florets (1 bag)
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoons freshly grated parmesan to serve, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On the prepared baking sheet, toss the broccoli florets with the oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit until the edges are golden and lightly browned and the stems are crisp-tender, about 14-16 minutes.
- Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan if using and serve right away.

Notes
- Allow the oven-roasted broccoli to cool completely and then transfer to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days in a container or plastic bag. You can freeze leftovers if you want but the leftovers will likely be mushy when reheated from frozen.
