Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 Ranch Seasoning Mix Packet

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite size pieces.
  3. Then whisk together the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing mix in a large bowl.
  4. Then stir the cauliflower into the buffalo sauce until it's fully coated.
  5. Place the cauliflower in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 18-20 minutes until the cauliflower is the tenderness that you desire.
  6. Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you want your cauliflower a little crispier, broil it for 2-3 minutes after the cook time until the cauliflower is the crispiness that you prefer.
  • *Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 4-5 days. When reheat, I recommend broiling for 2-3 minutes to warm them through and make them crispy again.
