Ingredients

  • 1 head green cabbage sliced into 1/2 inch steaks
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper AIP Reintroduction, optional
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Brush with oil on both sides and place onto cookie sheet.
  3. Season to taste with salt and black pepper (if using).
  4. Roast in the oven for 17-20 minutes.
