Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cabbage cut into 1-inch slices
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • fresh parsley chopped (optional)

  2. Slice the cabbage into 1-inch steak and arrange them on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake cabbage steaks for 30 minutes or until the outer leaves are slightly browned.
  6. Add fresh parsley on top before serving.
