Roasted Cauliflower (Beginner Friendly!)

Gone are the days of boring cauliflower! Every bite of these roasted cauliflower florets is delicious, and crispy, and makes a perfect side for any meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons roasted vegetable seasoning or your favorite seasoning
  • fresh chopped parsley optional for garnish

Instructions

Prep oven:

  1. Position the oven rack in the middle position. Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Get the cauliflower ready:
  1. Wash and trim the cauliflower so the florets are similar in size. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  2. Combine the olive oil, salt, and roasted vegetable seasoning in a large bowl. Add the cauliflower florets and toss to coat the veggies with the seasoning.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast:
  1. Bake for 25 minutes or until the florets are tender and the edges golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley (optional), and serve.
