Gone are the days of boring cauliflower! Every bite of these roasted cauliflower florets is delicious, and crispy, and makes a perfect side for any meal!

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons roasted vegetable seasoning or your favorite seasoning
- fresh chopped parsley optional for garnish

Instructions
Prep oven:
- Position the oven rack in the middle position. Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Get the cauliflower ready:
- Wash and trim the cauliflower so the florets are similar in size. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Combine the olive oil, salt, and roasted vegetable seasoning in a large bowl. Add the cauliflower florets and toss to coat the veggies with the seasoning.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast:
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the florets are tender and the edges golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley (optional), and serve.
