Ingredients

  • 4 cups cauliflower rice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Rosemary chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower rice with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary.
  3. Use a spoon to mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the seasoned cauliflower rice onto a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower rice is golden brown, stirring halfway.
