Ingredients
- 8 chicken legs
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1-½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- In a small bowl add oil and spices and mix together to create a paste. Rub the spiced mixture thoroughly over all the chicken legs.
- Place the chicken legs onto a sheet pan and cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the skin is crispy and the chicken is fully cooked - 165 degrees F internally.
- When cooked, remove from the oven, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, and enjoy!
