- 16 ounces frozen broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons roasted vegetable seasoning or any
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450F.
- Separate any frozen clumps of broccoli and place them directly on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt and your favorite seasoning. Toss to coat the broccoli and spread all the florets out onto the baking sheet, in an even layer, making sure you can see the bottom.
- Roast for 20 minutes or until the broccoli looks bright green and you can see some golden brown edges throughout. Leave them a little longer for a charred look, this is a matter of personal taste.
- Serve this tasty side with your favorite protein.
