Roasted Grapes

These fun & fancy roasted grapes are the perfect party appetizer, with only 3 easy ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound seedless grapes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Place grapes on a parchment lined pan and bake 15-16 minutes or until tender and the skins are slightly wrinkled.
  4. Serve warm or room temperature.

Notes

  • Add herbs to taste. Rosemary and thyme are great options.
  • Ensure grapes are seedless.
  • For savory recipes, a pinch of salt can be added if you'd like. For sweet recipes or to serve over yogurt or oatmeal, a pinch of cinnamon can be added.
  • Roasted grapes can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven until heated through.
