These fun & fancy roasted grapes are the perfect party appetizer, with only 3 easy ingredients!

Ingredients
- 1 pound seedless grapes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar optional

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl.
- Place grapes on a parchment lined pan and bake 15-16 minutes or until tender and the skins are slightly wrinkled.
- Serve warm or room temperature.
Notes
- Add herbs to taste. Rosemary and thyme are great options.
- Ensure grapes are seedless.
- For savory recipes, a pinch of salt can be added if you'd like. For sweet recipes or to serve over yogurt or oatmeal, a pinch of cinnamon can be added.
- Roasted grapes can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven until heated through.
