Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh green beans trimmed
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss green beans with oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread green beans in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
