Ingredients

Honey Dijon Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
The Veggies & Seasonings
  • 12 oz frozen green beans
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 5 cloves garlic sliced or minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
Garnish
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, honey, dijon mustard, and whole grain mustard. Set aside
  3. In a large baking dish add the green beans and carrots. Drizzle the honey mustard dressing over top, add the garlic, salt and pepper and stir.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, remove from oven and let cool. Serve warm and garnish with fresh parmesan and parsley
