Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, ends trimmed
- ½ small onion, sliced
- 2-3 slices of bacon, cut into tiny bits
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, sliced thin
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss the green beans with the onion and bacon pieces with olive oil; season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
- Place into the oven to roast for 10 minutes; stir with a spatula then continue to roast for another 7-10 minutes, or until the green beans and onion are tender and the bacon bits are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy.
