Roasted Okra (Only 4 Ingredients)

Ingredients

  • 16 oz okra
  • 2 tbsp oil olive or avocado
  • 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Slice okra into halves, lengthwise. Place them in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with oil, season with garlic parsley salt and paprika.
  3. Place okra on a baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  4. Roast at 425°F for 15 minutes or until okra is golden brown. Serve right away.
