Ingredients

  • 2 roasted red peppers seeded (see How to Roast a Bell Pepper)
  • 3 tablespoons plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1 garlic clove grated on microplane
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Place the roasted pepper, yogurt, feta cheese and garlic in a food processor. Puree until smooth.
  2. While the food processor is running, add the olive oil, salt and pepper. Puree to combine.
  3. Add the dill. Pulse a few times. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl. Serve.
