Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry the pumpkin seeds well.
  3. Toss pumpkin seeds with oil and salt.
  4. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir then spread evenly again and bake for 15-20 minutes until shell is crispy.
