Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo
Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo combines linguine pasta with a creamy sauce made from heavy cream, milk, goat cheese, and Parmesan, blended with roasted red peppers for a rich, smooth texture and subtle sweetness. The sauce is gently cooked with garlic and onion to develop flavor before being pureed with the peppers and tossed with pasta. It's a comforting, flavorful pasta dish that stands out by using goat cheese and roasted red peppers for a distinctive creamy and slightly tangy profile.
