Ingredients

  • 1 oz jar roasted red peppers drained and chopped
  • 1 small onion cut into quarters
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon parsley chopped, optional
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse a few times until desired consistency is reached. Add salt and pepper to taste.
