Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

You'll never buy hummus again after you try this homemade Roasted Red Pepper Hummus! It's creamy and flavorful and tastes amazing with a handful of vegetables or pita chips.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can garbanzo beans drained
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ⅓ cup Tahini
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve with homemade pita chips or vegetables.
