Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion medium
  • 6 red pepper baked
  • 350 ml water warm
  • 350 ml sour cream (or heavy cream)
  • salt or a mix of salt, pepper and chili
  • black pepper to taste
  • bread for toasting
  • fresh herbs for decoration

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Sauté the chopped onion in olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Add the water and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until it boils.
  3. Then add the cooking cream and stir until it returns to boiling.
  4. Add the roasted red peppers to the sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes (gradually add water if the liquid evaporates and the sauce thickens too much).
  5. Now all you have to do is enjoy this delicious treat with a few slices of toast and sprinkled fresh greens.
