Ingredients

  • 12 ounces snap peas about 3 cups
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Sriracha optional
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine olive oil & sriracha. Toss to coat snap peas.
  3. Add sesame seeds, bread crumbs, & garlic. Toss well to coat.
  4. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and roast 7-10 minutes or until tender crisp.
