Oven roasted peas are a super easy way to dress up a plain veggie. Roasting them brings out the sweetness and everyone is sure to love them!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sugar snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Toss the sugar snap peas with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes, or until they are just starting to brown.
