Ingredients
- 8 ounces sugar snap peas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Toss the sugar snap peas with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 10 minutes, or until they are just starting to brown.
