Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes, halved lengthwise (500 grams)
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Flavor God Garlic Lover's Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
- Rub sweet potato halves with olive oil, then season on all sides with salt and garlic seasoning.
- Bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender and bubbling with caramelization.
