- 1 pound yellow squash sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the squash rounds with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
